Cancellation & Return Policy

If you decide to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 48 hours of placing your order, and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.

_returns 

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love to wear, and we want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, don't hesitate to contact us at info@capable.design within ten days of receiving your products, and we will be happy to find a solution for you.

 

All items returned must be in original condition (including packaging and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 

The customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the item is returned to us. All returns are refunded in the same form as payment originally used for the purchase or via store credit for exchange. 

Original shipping fees sustained by Cap_able may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return results from our error.
